    Happy Birthday Damaris!!!!!

And good luck to all racers this morning and congrats to those who have already finished.

    Congrats onemile!!

I got up at 7:30 this morning, and headed out for my first LR in weeks. I felt like a vampire out there in the sunlight , I am really hoping it is below 45 degrees at IMM.

    But there is good news.............

Absolutely no pain whatsoever!!!!!!! I ran 11 miles in 1:44:37, and the only issue I had was when I started getting hunger pains around mile 9. I really wanted 12-13 miles but I was beginning to feel sluggish and getting a headache so I feel 11 miles without pain is a great omen

I ran 11.37 with, oh yeah, a stupid 10K thrown in there... I can't decide whether it was executed well enough for me to stop doing the damn things.  44:58.772, second female.  (The first female had someone pacing her so I thought I was third.  What do I have to do to get a personal pacer around here?!)

Sounds like a 3:14. Wow!  Way to go Cyberic!

I ran.  Today's assignment was a three hour run with negative split.  It went well.  3:00:01.  22.51 miles, 8:00 avg pace.  8:14 pace the first half, 7:46 pace the second half.  5 minute negative split.  It was beautiful....fucking beautiful.  I needed this.  It was as good as any LR I had last cycle, only longer.  Maybe my marathon won't completely suck after all.

Glad you are feeling more confident.

Nice racing Onemile, Bluerun and Cyberic!
