These fucks spend all year gobbling shit up like the world is ending, then "diet" (if that's what you wanna call it) for two months before the holidays then it all starts anew.
To borrow a line from Jenny's workouts, that's 10 months "On" and 2 months "Off". lol
I am not talking about pain, that is like freaking gone, of course that is right now.... not sure about tomorrow morning. I think the doc is meaning to avoid irritating the rash which already seems to be disappearing from the worst spots. I am definitely going to avoid hot baths/showers, but hell even if I ran on a TM I would still be sweating and burning up, that TM would have to be in a freezer for me not to sweat.........
And I can't freaking afford to lose anymore days of my training, or at least I don't want to!

I ran. Today's assignment was a one hour run with 5 x 5 minute tempo intervals with 3 minute recoveries, and it had to be on a hill route. I ended up with 7.8 miles at 7:40 pace. That's the first time I ever did that route in under an hour (had to circle a bit a hit the 60 minutes). Good strong effort today. 'Bout time.
