Good morning.
And just how the hell are you today? Me? I am heading to work.
See ya.
Hip Redux
30 minutes on the Alter-G scheduled, after my hour with the trainer. Day off from work!
One more try with the massage/chiropractor. If this doesn't work, I'm going to put myself on the transplant list.
Mr. O just sent me this video. Now aren't you guys glad you race on your feet and not on a bike? :P

I've 7 on schedule. It's windy windy windy so it may be on my tm.

'Morning. I just had to terminate an employee for poor performance. Yeah, that pretty much sucked. First time I ever had to do that.
As far as workouts go, I did 35 minutes in the pool this morning and I have an hour of easy running to do after work.

The rider in the teal did not have a good day!
Rest day!
Have a great day, everyone!

That had to hurt. Yeah, you rarely see a pileup that bad in a marathon.
5.6m easy this morning. Freaking wind was crazy, but at least the storms were over before I had to get out.

Getting ready to sit in the car for 3 hours. No running today or tomorrow. Plenty of wandering around casinos.
Baboon, that's rough. Never had to fire someone, but giving written warnings is hard to do. Even when the employee deserves it.
Oski, I didn't watch the link, but when I did bike road races I was very thankful to be females. Men's cat 5 18-35 races are downright scary to watch and someone is probably leaving skin on the ground.
Happy Friday all!
1.5 miles of misery.

Looks like I've ran 40 miles in the last 7 days, yep yep yep.
I left Rocky at home this morning, I think I will give him a couple of days off from running but I will hopefully take him and Dorian for a walk later today and tomorrow. I ran 5 miles this morning and then headed to the gym for focus on the back.

Tired. Worked 7:30 AM - 8:45 PM yesterday for conferences. I took a runch and then ate at my desk to help manage stress. Today I "only" work 8-8ish, and will try to do the same thing. I only get 30 minutes for lunch, so I'm not getting a lot of miles in, but hopefully it will help me be nice to people the rest of the day.
baboon - never easy to do that.
planning for 6 easy later today...got a free coffee this morning (i'll take it)...did baseball start again? it's a long season, so I have time.
anyway, have a great Friday everyone!
