6 on the treadmill. Wondering when I am ever going to go back to work.....
Docket, feel better soon
My watch (FR 610) froze during my run. I was in workout mode (14 x 1 minute with 1 minute easy) and when it beeped and showed me I was on my second interval (2 of 14), the screen just froze there, and became unresponsive to buttons or touch, but it was still beeping every minute. So I finished my workout, as planned.
I figured out a way to reboot the watch (yay internet!). Hope it NEVER does that in a race, as I was running completely blind. Didn't even have the time or timer. Zip. Even a $2 kid's watch would have been more useful.

My 610 was going that as well. When that started happening, I returned it and got the 620. Same problem you had...the screen froze but continued to track data.

How many tough sessions do you do per week? I know you said you ran 12 times last week, but how many tough sessions? Was it 5?

5K Specialist
Your schedule makes me happy that I run 20:00 to 21:30 5ks on 20 MPW.
Personal Bests:
800M - 2:38 (5/28/13) | 1 Mile -5:54 (5/28/13) | 3K - 11:55 (12/29/12) | 2M - 13:00 (12/1/12) | 5K - 20:00 (4/12/13) | 13.1M - 1:37:24 (2/3/13)
...is it really only 3:18 on Tuesday?
hahah. This is just for Boston.
5k work is much less mileage and far more races.
You should come down this evening.
More like only 2:27 PM.
Former Bad Ass
Fever came back 4 hours later. This sucks. I better not have the zika virus or something.

I bet your 5k training includes lots of 800 meter and shorter intervals.
I haven't done much since last March, but I am finally healthy enough to get started again. Doing my first real tempo run in months tonight. I've done shorten tempos, but not a full 20+ minute one since March. Mile 2 of the 5k I did last week showed my lack of endurance. I was 30 seconds slower than mile 1. At least I was able to pick the pace back up in mile 3.

So every week day is a workout, + a long run on Sunday (if you're not racing). I'm a slacker compared to that.
You returned it? It was new?
If I still have my 610 when I run Boston, I think I'm gonna borrow a normal watch to at least have a chronometer and be able to manually figure my splits with the mile markers if it freezes.
