I could probably jog 4 or 5 in that so long as the sun was not beating down on me, but anything longer than that would have to bite me. lol
We did that last week when the TM was broken. But it gets really old when it's the 5th month of the same weather every day, so I'm leaving that for another day. LOL.
And like someone said in one of my dailies groups in FB, I feel like every year, I get less inclined to run in that shit. I used to run speedwork in heat index of 99F, FFS. Now I can't even go outside if it's 92F or more. Maybe I'm getting weaker as I get older? LOL.
