Warm&fuzzy
You're getting close to taper time, aren't you?
3 more LRs to go.
Runner with a riding problem.
A lil' snow shoveling this morning and a 8-9 easy this afternoon.
I could never do that. I have to run before I do anything else, but I'm a weirdo. O_o
Hi D.
I ran 5. I'm still dealing with the left hip flexor issue but for running on consecutive days for the first time in forever, it wasn't any worse than it usually is so I'll take it.
On the weekends, I usually get the run over with before anything else. But DD has a soccer practice, and it'll be boring as hell to just sit there, so I'll run and won't see the time pass. But in the meanwhile, I have energy I'm not used to having, lol. I shoveled snow, vacuumed the house, am going to cook/eat/dishes, then I'll go to the LRS to buy some Gu, and then it'll finally be close to run time.
I have had 1 single Gu since marathon, and that was last week. I think I need to start taking some on my long runs again.

Super B****
Wanted 12, ended up with 11, which is not terrible since the reason for the shortage wasn't injury.
I HATE THE COLD. (And it's not even really that cold.)

Former Bad Ass
Ran the 7 outside. 26mph and 40mph gusts. Didn't run 8 because the sun was out to kill me and there is no shade here. But it was not a horrid run considering I was in danger of being swept away at every step, ha.
Damaris
5 easy. Light snow falling for the last 2 miles. Surprised not to see drivers freaking out.

Your mileage the past 30 days looks pretty good.

The 2016 TCS New York City Marathon (formally the ING New York City Marathon) is one of the greatest and most sought after running events on the planet! The Running Room and Dream Travel are proud to bring you guaranteed entries into this premier event!
So, let me get this straight: qualiying times for NYCM are tougher than or Boston, but there is a lottery, and you can also go through some travel agency and get guaranteed entry?
I checked the prices and for a 4 night stay, the guaranteed entry + hotel price is comparable to what it's going to cost me for 4 nights in Boston, and I'll be staying in Somerville in an underfurnished apartment.
