Even when I get good conditions on race day, I still have issues. like flooding & ducks swimming on the course.
lol
8 dry miles. Nice job Baboon. Are you in the 3:25 BQ category yet, for 2018?

He is, and it's gonna be a cakewalk.

My 12 is over, man that sucked. Mentally, I fought it the entire time, had a blood sugar crash at mile 4, and pretty much would've preferred eating grubs to running for an hour and forty damn minutes.
Oh well, I bossed up and got it done. Now ESU and football. Boom. 👍

Eh, today is/will be a very easy day. In no real hurry to get out and run, got some house cleaning to do and of course there are scattered showers so yep.... probably sometime later this afternoon I'll take Dorian and Jetta for an easy 2-3 miles. DH promises something tonight, maybe 2 miles so I don't want to do too much...... I've got 14 planned tomorrow morning and that is going to probably suck enough.

PRs
5k - 24:15 (7:49 min/mile pace)
10k - 51:47 (8:16 min/mile pace)
15k -1:18:09 (8:24 min/mile pace)
13.1 - 1:53:12 (8:39 min/mile pace)
26:2 - 4:14:55 (9:44 min/mile)
Looks like the course was a little short but I don't care... The pace is what I care about. BQ is in my sights.
No doubt.
Nice job holding it together late today despite the low (for you) mileage.
I passed on my annual fall half tomorrow because, FTS. lol
5 miles for me
Speaking of home improvements.

Word. Was that the CF Rock?
6, very slow, in a drizzle.
Hip Redux
2:11 HM (same short course as Phil) but that matches my HM PR from four years ago. So close enough for me, glad to be back to something close to that fitness.
1:27 for Mr O.
