I was just tired today, and still am. Often, spring allergies make me feel that way, so I hope that's all it is. 3½ miles that were slow and not much fun.

Afternoon! Chiro appointment was today but she will start treatment tomorrow. I could've used an adjustment today, that's for sure. 5 miles later. It's pouring here and under a flood advisory.

Beautiful weather here, sorry everyone else! 4.5 miles this morning, was aiming for more but ran out of time. Had my annual mammogram this morning and was reminded that it's the least invasive/painful part of women's health things.
Rain started here when leaving work. Rest day, did at least do a core workout.
