Jetta and I got in 10 miles this morning, it was a cool... maybe even crisp 57-61 degrees, humidity was low at 68%.

I thought I should give my toe a little break so I only ran 3 miles early Monday morning, then didn't run again until last night (3 miles). That was a 37 hour recovery period. Hopefully, it will help the healing. I ran 3 easy this morning and plan to run at lunch and then again this evening.

I had one of them days at work yesterday, which resulted in two, really tasty brews last night. I was actually in a self-imposed break from alcohol, which will resume tonight.
Despite the cobwebs, I got out for 7 really nice miles this morning. Now it's off to work where I am hoping for a better day.

Why hello there! I hit the pool early for an unscheduled swim. 3050 yards done. I've got a tempo run to do tonight.

Just went for a walk and saw a girl jogging in tights and a fleece jacket.
Damn, is it that bad there? I ran in a singlet but am wearing a jacket at work.

I saw a guy like that last week on my tempo run. It was 84 degrees and he was wearing a long sleeve jacket. Look, I am always cold, so if I don't need a jacket, nobody needs a jacket.
