I believe that's the pace for that 5K segment.
I see the pace for each segment, but it looks like there’s also an overall average at the top.

Happy birthday Daffy.
Ran 16ish (did not do the conversion) in snow, and some parts in pretty deep snow. Quite the leg workout. But it's all fun. I don't have to be out there, I choose to. My friend had his 360 cam, and he took some footage running in the snow. We've done that so many times through the years, now we'll have it on film.
Enough with the boring, and on to today's topic!
Go Onemile! Make yourself proud!
Super B****
Go, onemile!
I, unsurprisingly, did not run the sub-1:29 I decided I need for an A bib, but I did run a nice negative split and a 2021 NYCQ so I guess that’s okay.

Happy Birthday Daffy Duck!
I'm procrastinating going outside since there is a solid sheet of ice on the driveway and sides of the street. Even the lawn is treacherous. The middle of the street is okay, but I have to get out there, and then pray that no cars force me to the side of the road. After walking the dog I'll decide whether to do my run indoors or out.
Great job!! All that hard work paid off big.
AWESOME Onemile!!
Good job Blue and everyone running through wintery fun!
5 miles with 7 x 10s hill sprints. It's going to be a beautiful day here. And I slept in enough to run in daylight. Like the whole run!!
What was her previous PR?
3:15:20, so about 7 minutes.
