      GOOD MORNING VIET NAM!

Today I may run.  Depends on when I can escape work Smile  Should be a nice day before the next storm hits.

Hello and whatnot!  800 yards in the pool this morning.  I aspire to one day be able to swim more than one length of the pool without having to stop and rest.  As things stand right now, I did 32 lengths of the pool with a rest between each one.  And after work, I've got an hour of easy running to do.  Snow will be rolling through around 4:00, so there is a good chance I'll be running in it.

            Coffee time YA HEARD.

Crazy snow/freezing rain/wintry mix going on today.

              URD anyway.

But for all you carb-loaders - today is Free Pancake Day at IHOP! I believe this means you can get pancakes at no charge, not that there are pancakes being imprisoned somewhere.

After finally learning how to swim, then swim a length, I was never able to swim multiple lengths nonstop. For me it was more about doing less to stay afloat, and less about breathing patterns or stroke techniques.

I was also pretty stiff and inflexible, and unable to completely relax while in the water (something I learned once I started running), so it would be interesting to revisit that whole thing someday.

Today is Tuesday, which means...Hill Day for me.   Warmer today in San Antonio - going t0 62 degrees today - but also very humid and rainy...a very dreary day here, no sunshine.  Probably will get wet on my run/walk but at least it won't be a cold rain, thankfully.

                        WTF?!

I went into the gym room at 6:50 AM and there was nothing but dark skies and calm. Came out at 8:30 to a blizzard.

Hopefully it moves along. I am anxious to get back to my daily outdoor route!

Clear skies today, supposed to get up into the mid-50s.

It's Tuesday, so that means track for me.  3 x 1600 on tap for tonight.

I would love to see clear skies. It has felt like Seattle here for the last week. Cloudy and wet. Winter didn't happen here until my body felt up to running again.
