Hidee ho, brothers and sisters of the internet! 2000 yard swim this morning, dialing back both the distance and effort. I haven't run yet this week, but I do have plans to do so after work today (short tempo intervals).

That sounds awful...... yuck.

Morning! I ran 3 miles in the low humidity of 65DP (see that, Dave? LOL). I was soaked at the end but so glad March has been this mild rather than hot as fuck. Orange Theory and 2 miles later.

LOL.
Being thrown into a dew dew of 65 is a shock to the system in the worst way.
Dave did you take a vacation from your vacation?
My conference doesn't really start until this afternoon, so I am at Disneyland. With no kids, lol. I have a coworker with me.

Back to back workouts?
I have something for work tomorrow at 1 (a job interview, not for me, but for someone applying in my company) so I won't have time to run tomorrow at lunch. And since Jack Daniels has those back to backs in Phase III of his plans, I'm guessing it's not all that bad, so I did that this week. I'll be more rested this weekend, so I'll be able to throw in some quality in one of my runs.
Nice. I am pretty sure I couldn't handle that
The job interview, or the back to back workouts?
