Another nice day for running, weather-wise (not so nice allergy-wise). Almost 6½ for me today.

3.8. Probably closer to 4.4 but turned my watch off since there wasn't much running going on after mile 3 when I got a nosebleed. Luckily I had armors on to use as tissue and peroxide got the blood out. And to top off the start of the week. I had a 1pm appointment to get my flat tire fixed or replaced. I've had thr car for 1 month and already got a screw through the tire. Going to put the road hazard coverage to the test.

No run today but we have been trying to mow the lawn. It's amazing how much it grew I'm two weeks.

'Morning! I swam 3800 yards before work, then ran on the treadmill for 7 miles when I got to the office.
I packed yogurt and oatmeal for lunch today, and a fork to eat it with.
FYI the older Nike cheater shoes are $100 off plus there is a 20% off code on top of that if you have an account. The code only works on the two $150 colors, so you can't be too picky. I had a $50 gift card too, so I bought three pairs for $330 total. SCORE!

workday 2.5 then 40mins of backyard chores… I hope to do most my chores on workday morning, so my off work days are mostly run shop rest cook
