Failed my run by 3 minutes. I only ran 87 minutes. 10.8 miles on the mountain. 8:05 avg pace. No ab pain at all. Felt the left side of the groin a bit, and am feeling my left glute right now, maybe by overcompensation of the groin incomfort. All good, though. Enjoy your rest day, bluesky. Waited until 9 and took Dorian and the doggies for an easy 5 miler, the sun was kicking Jetta and Rocky's ass even though it was 66 degrees. Depending on how I feel this evening, I might take them out for another 3 or 4 miler. Other than that, I've got Lilac bush to plant today.
