I hit the treadmill after work because I wanted no part of the wind advisory. 56 minute workout, with 40 minutes of tempo around a 6:45 pace. Good run. 8 miles total. I skipped the 4 minute cool down because I wanted to.

Does this mean I can PR in Boston, if we get good weather??
With Boston, the challenge is running your PR, not actually running a PR. Anything beyond that is gravy for most people.
LRB--safe travels!!
Thanks!
45 in paradise? Break out the long johns. lol
LRB, you flying with one of these??
If I can get it in black or grey absolutely. I'll take two if you got it in blank and grey.
Better make it this, to be safe.
I needed that this week!

chasing the impossible
because i never shut up ... i blog
I ran 6. After the past few days I am wiped and didn't want to deal with the snow and wind (30mph gusts) for a workout. So moving my fartlek tomorrow when it should be 40 and not so slippery and windy out
50 minutes on the treadmill. Windy & really warm out, just waiting for the line of storms to get here while eating the candy not given out.

Ran 7 outside, most of those with hubby. The wind gusts hit 40mph but at the time we left the house it was closer to 30. It was awesome!
