Rest day - leaving shortly for some outlet shopping with my mom, sisters, and daughter. I need more real adult clothes, but there's a Lululemon outlet and an Under Armour outlet so I'll probably just come back with running clothes

Running a 5k when you can't breathe out of your nose sucks. 27:30 or something like that. At least its a really pretty day. Going to go run a little more on the park trails. Maybe try to get to the old ski hill. I did manage to blow a snot rocket right in front of a coworker
