Ha. 20:36, split the difference in their times. Good enough for a 1st place AG ribbon! Rewarded myself with a postrace Javachip Frappuccino. Glad I ran it.

Nice job!
I am a little sad to be in 3rd place though
Strava had this giving me my best 1/2 mile time. However only my 2nd best 1-mile time (1st was at this race last year), so I guess no free shoes. All this mainly due to a downhill at the finish.
I believe all it takes on strava is a 1 mile PR attempt, not an actual best mile.
It looks though like it was my lack of kick at the end that did me in.

Third place for the week. Still first place overall.

Oh. I guess I don't really know how that shit works.
I have thought about trying racing a mile, but they're hard to find other than the kid-dog-stroller fun run variety. Maybe I should do a time trial on the track sometime, for shits & giggles.

FYP.
It was also convenient that mine Garmined at exactly 3.1.

Nice job, Dave!

That is the best part of all. Nice job, Dave!
My four hours of hot and windy bullshit are done. I'm freaking exhausted.

My course had a lot of turns including a U-turn so that might have messed it up? but overall it was pretty flat
Nice race and AG bling DavePNW.
Dewpoint is down to 58 degrees here. Should at least feel not horrible for tonight's race. Unfortunately, that also takes away an excuse for sucking.

I would've thought a chocolate stout by Rogue Ales. I don't even know who you are anymore.
It was better than one could expect three weeks removed from a marathon, almost Boon-esque in that regard. Nice job all the way around!
Speaking of, DAYUM. 👍
I jogged 7.2 then came home, ate all the food, and have been planted on the couch ever since.
Switchbacks have an effect on pace and I'm sure on the Garmin as well, especially if they're tight.
