Another 3 miles. Coolest day in a few weeks plus it was either that or another 30 min of video games
Ran twice today, a little this morning, and a little at supper time. About 13 miles total. Might be 12. Whatever, I don't know in kms either.
I went out for some scootering and took my first spill while on the stupid thing. There was a tiny pothole that I didn't see and it sent me right over the handlebars face first in spectacular fashion! I scraped my knee, finger, left nipple and chin and my phone flew into the bushes. My glasses stayed put though so I'm calling it a tie.

We had a big thunderstorm this afternoon that dropped the temperature 10 degrees, so I went out for a short run. Humidity was 97%, so it was a slog, but at least it wasn't the TM. 5.6 miles.
Someone posted on our FB community page looking for an open track. Someone recommended a certain school and said “I just hop the fence”. Um, I’m pretty sure that means it’s not open.
