About what I ran after my marathon. The speed will come back.
I hope you're right. It was pretty disappointing.
I was running right with one guy for the first ~1.5 miles; looked at my watch & realized I needed to pick it up, so blew past him. I assumed I had dropped him, but then around mile 3, he goes flying past me & beats me by 4 seconds. That was #2 Masters.

So this weekend I paid actual American dollars for a meal-prep service (they give you a shopping list, recipes for 5 nights of dinners, and a list of prep to do on the weekend, you do all the work - perfect), and I also paid significantly fewer American dollars for a box of brownie-cookie mix. Guess what's getting made first!
I think my previously weekly was 74 so not by a lot. I think my previous best month was only 280 though

I hit 291 in Sep 1982.
