Shamrock Marathon in 3:59:59! It is at least possible.... Than I can RETIRE with goal achieved of sub-4.
(Just kidding on the retiring part :-) )
The more realistic "B" goal is the marathon in under 4:15, which would be superb, and would knock about 30 mins off my last Maratohon PR.

Only 1 goal in the month of March:
- Destroy my 10k PR of 38:27 in the St Patrick's Day Road Race 10k on March 17
Anything under 38:27 would be acceptable, though I'd prefer to get 37x. Anything under 37:30 stands a good chance of putting me in the top 25 overall in the race.
Of couse, all bets are off if we get a ton of snow/sleet/ice that weekend...
2015 Goals and PRs:
5k - 17:59 (18:05); 10k - 35:59 (36:42); HM - 1:19:19 (1:19:59); FM - 2:49:59 (3:05:46)

I'll resume running in March, the right way. I intentionally have no races scheduled for now, I just want to focus on getting my shit together.
Stay consistent with PT regimen/continue to improve, ITBS-wise.
Stick to plan/build mileage
