HELLO now I say! My plan was to get my bike ride done before work, but it was raining and FTS, so I ran 4 easy miles instead. Warm, humid, wet, and slow. I'll ride after work. Coach put me down for the weekly off road triathlon tonight but I am skipping it because I don't feel like doing it. I need to pack for my trip to Canada tonight.

I rode 43 in intermittent light rain. It's so humid the rain didn't really make any difference, other than the wet road slowing me down on the downhill curves.
I ordered some clipless pedals and cleated shoes, and got them yesterday. Why in the hell didn't I get them when I bought the bike? They are the shit! They beat the hell out of the toestraps I was using.

False. I have clipless. My bike never leaves the trainer anymore.
