Wickedly Average
You said 'she said' after she said 'you said'. Just sayin'....
This is getting complicated. I'll have a beer now.

Great RR and pictures. This one is on my list for next year, so it was nice to see some pictures of the course and hear about the difficulty level. Thanks for sharing, and congrat's on an excellent run!
Wow, that elevation map is crazy! Congrats on getting second in your AG and on beating the ponytails!
Are we there, yet?
You do realize that knob is bonk spelled backwards?

I dubbed this section the Hill of Despair for the numerous false summits and relentless climbs.
That is exactly like the "Dirty Dog 15K" in my area. You cross a summit and head downhill only to go back up again. And again. And again. Great job of hanging in there despite the stomach issues. That's tough.
Short term goal: 17:59 5K
Mid term goal: 2:54:59 marathon
Long term goal: To say I've been a runner half my life. (I started running at age 45).

Those ups and downs sound insane. Great job pushing through the stomach issues, Banshee, and congrats on the AG award!

Coralie.......Shame on you! Your polluted little mind could so easily influence such a delicate little flower like our baby Banshee. Oh, and "blue knob" sounds like some sort of painful condition.

Hell no! >:-/ Seriously though, I would break into a million pieces if I tried to run that! Trail runners are a different breed, there's no doubt about it. Second is second, regardless if two were removed because of overall wins. As such, you are gathering quite a collection of bling this year, you go girl!

Seriously! My medal hanger is overflowing! I like it though.
Definitely a great race! Get your hill runs and technical trails in!
Hahahahaha! Good catch!
