Just had some last night! With an outstanding 10 oz filet & an amazing Cabernet. Yes I'm on a business trip. Got up at 5AM ET, which is 2AM my time, for 8 miles on the hotel treadmill.

Love me some asparagus, roasted with some evoo, yummy. Had broccoli last night tho.
It's amazing what a difference a 20* drop in the dewpoint makes! lol Had a great 7 miler after work yesterday, another 5 this morning (wanted more, but had to cut it short), more coming this evening.

I have yet to run a double. It probably won't happen again this cycle.
Don't remember the %, I think it was somewhat 30-70% (I know, not very precise) of people whose pee smells funny after eating asparagus. To the others it does nothing. I like the small ones, brushed with some olive oil, and then simply roasted. Salt and pepper, and enjoy!
