I have a friend whose daughter didn't know. She was on the pill and just had a baby a few months before. Completely different pregnancy, she didn't find out until a week before her due date. She really wanted more kids too (wasn't supposed to be able to have kids), so it wasn't denial.
before that happened, her and I used to watch that show and she would rant on how it wasn't possible to not know.
