It's a training run. Some MP miles, first 5 are easy. Same workout as the Ft. lauderdale HM but this one has some hills.

One of the guys I know who was doing the race this morning ran 50 miles in 9 hours, said on his fb there were still 5 people out there when he finished. 50 miles on a 4.25 mile loop, hmmmm. .. but not nearly as crazy as those 24 and 48 hour races on 1 mile loops
