                      FYI for Saturday stalking.  Updates at 10K, 13.1, 17, 20, 25.1 and finish.  It's Chronotrack though so it probably won't work.

                        No deets yet.  My first inclination is the Mohawk-Hudson Marathon in one year.  But... I'd like to sprint tri next summer.  So my thought is to commit to my treadmill over the winter and do a spring marathon.  It's gotta have at least a 6 hour open course.  Nutrition is gonna be the tough part.  I need to eat well so I don't balloon.

                          I ran 6.6 on a clear 60F morning.  It was nice.

                            It would also give you an entire year to whittle yourself down into race shape, which is an important, yet often overlooked variable.
