Not available locally so I can't check in person. How many Gu's will fit in the zippered pocket? Any other info to pass on about this method of hydration? I have to use a squeeze bottle due to anatomical issues after plastic surgery, so that is why I can't just grab cups and drink on the run during races. TIA.
