When we were hiking the AT, Jim fell face first into a hole. He had one arm down in the hole, but it had a broken wrist so it was pretty useless. The other was up on the rim of the hole, but no good for getting leverage. He was helpless. I laughed,, then grabbed his back to help him out. I'm not sure he ever forgot that laugh.
D - I hope you get good news on your husband today. I don't know how you manage to function at Court with a migraine. No wonder you're so strong a runner - you're used to ignoring pain. What's up with your mother?
HM - more cheesecake? Yumm!
I have 10 miles today and I'm dreading it. It's currently 18 feels like 4 outside, with strong winds, but I don't really want to do tempo miles on the TM. I can handle the pace outside; I'm not so sure about on the belt. I'll see how I feel later.
Singer who runs a smidge
Wow, Docket, that's a lot of heavy stuff to handle with a migraine!! Sending good vibes to you and yours.
I really wanted to not make a cheesecake for the SB party, but was asked especial. But this one will NOT be chocolate! I'm thinking caramel apple, because we have a freakin' boatload of apples.
When it's all said and done, no one remembers how far we have run. The only thing that matters is how we have loved.
Former Bad Ass
Well, no good news. His tumor has grown a bit so the surgeon wants to do surgery and remove it completely now. Sigh.
