    Awesome job Blue!!!!

7 easy miles on the trails. Stayed up way too late last night at a Halloween party (only 11pm, lol). But I did not set an alarm and I did not run with a head lamp! After running today, I stopped at the grocery store to grab "one thing". Sheesh, I could barely use the express lane with all the impulse buys that my post run hangryness grabbed

      Are we there, yet?

Ok, well since that was more than 10 years ago, my comment stands.

Now off to my calculator to see what the average pace is to beat that that he held.

Love the Half isn't that active here anymore, but he has a 2:59:42 from 2013.

If she doesn't have anything to fret bout going into a race, she'd fall down. lol

It was pouring & really dark out this morning, so I ran on the treadmill for about an hour. Now it's bright & sunny--like a totally different day.

                  Congrats Bluerun!

WOW! I'm too lazy to look for Baboon's comment and quote it, but B&B women > B&B men

Not to sound too corny but the female B&B marathon performances lately are inspiring and motivating.

So on the topic of today's workouts, the raincoat I bought for Boston that BAA said was going to be needed but wasn't, finally got used today.  It was great.  I bought well.  It's very light and kept the cold rain off me.  I was still wet under it from all the sweat, but it was warm body-heated sweat, so it wasn't an issue.
