That really sucks. As long as you're 100% on race day, I don't think your sick days will have had an influence, since it happened during taper.

Amazing what a difference a couple of days can make.
I felt the beginnings of a cold coming on Sunday - which was a rest day.
Monday I ran although I didn't sleep too well Sunday night.
Tuesday I struggled through 4.5 miles and felt like shit the whole time.
Today was like that all never happened. Great noon time run despite all the smoke from the wildfires in the area.
I must have left a zero off of there - surely I meant to say 2000!!!!!
