Because I've never been a follower, I can find it on my own.
Good morning,
I am taking a rest day from work, but will run here shortly. I do have some side-work to take care of, but that will probably follow lunch.
You?
Good morning!
Hope you have a nice run, LRB. Enjoy the rest day from work.
27 years today with Mr. Brilliant. That makes me feel very, very old! I will run something this morning to celebrate. We're going to Reno this weekend for continued celebration.

Morning! Got my ass up this morning at 4 am, took the dogs to the trails. Only 63 degrees, it was amazing.
We ran 4.1 miles and enjoyed ourselves.

I took my show to the track where I did 5 sets of 2:00/1:30/1:00 intervals.
This was fairly tough physically (about an 8 on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the hardest), and mentally I had a hard time focusing during the longer intervals, but all in all, it was good.
10.6 total.

4.15 scary miles.
It took a few days, but I FINALLY got the data from my dive computer to upload to my laptop... and I was so excited to see that I could export it as a .fit file, because then I can get it onto RA (and Garmin, but that didn't work because, well, Garmin). But none of the data transferred... just the time. Boo.

Warm&fuzzy
I ran 6 daylight miles in kickass weather. 64F with the DP in the 50s, and a light wind. It was so nice that I am looking forward to my LR tomorrow morning. I might even hit double-digits.
I went back to the Dr yesterday afternoon to go over the lab results from my physical. ALL my numbers were outstanding. The doc said "you hit the genetic lottery, just keep doing what you have been doing". My blood-pressure has been good all week, with no medication. I am concluding that stress is really bad, and more running and extra homebrew is really good .
I hope everyone has a kickass day!
