Here's one for this morning.
Saw this one, had to share... no doubt true at the minimal.
Those I bet are good. Although in a true latke the potatoes are not shredded but put through a food processor or blender, for a smoother consistency. Also would need to know the onion content - should be roughly one whole onion for every two potatoes. The onioniness is key!
