     Valentines Lunch today: 6 oz Boursin Filet, loaded potato, bread and dipping oil, Lobster Bisque soup, creme Brûlée.  Ate every bite too.  Washed it down with a lemon drop martini.

     

    At lunch! Impressive.

        Weighed myself this morning at 151 but I really want to weigh myself after the 2 mile warm up and the race.... is that being honest or should I just stick with the 151?

          Advance warning: gonna be an ugly weigh-in tomorrow.

          1. No running in 3 days

          2. DW & I exchanged Valentine gifts early tonight. I gave her a box of chocolates; she gave me a 1.5 lb container of dark chocolate covered almonds.

           

          On top of this, couldn't sleep last night, so got up & had breakfast at 2AM.

          The verdict: 168, down 1 lb from last week.

            I would say just be consistent with what you've done previous weeks.

              That would be being honest and weighing myself before any exercise lol, hmmm at least it's still losing a lb a week so that is good Smile

                  Oops I was 131 last week. Guess my 1 bad day right before weigh in is a bad idea. No loss for me this week. But I didn't gain so I guess that's ok.

                        Weighing in a little over last week at 134.2 despite being good all week. I have lost an inch off my waist and my body seems to be used to the lower food intake now so that's good - still have enough energy for my long runs and workouts, though I did take a gel on my 11 miler today for the first time in months.

                              I was going to weigh myself after my morning run, but decided against it. That would be cheating. So I went on the scale right after breakfast. 108.8 lbs. Hell yes! Now we're talking. No dieting, only added a few more miles. With my recent luck, though, I'll probably be back at 112 next Saturday...
