Did not really earn such an extravagant post-run brekky, but here is the ESU report anyway: pancakes with raspberry compote and lemon curd.

    I love you.

Run to live; live to run

5.1 for me. Hanging with the pups. Nothing big planned today.

That's how my wife reeled me in her life: I was single and eating very poorly, and she kept inviting me for some fantastic home cooked meals. This quote is how those made me feel.

        I love you.

I have to admit that I'm surprised at the effect Dave's breakfast pic has on you Rick. Maybe he got scared and that's why he moved away from Michigan to the West Coast Big grin

6.75 very slow miles. Thermometer  by a church read 94 degrees, probably accurate for the temp on the roads. I'm going to have to start dragging my butt out of bed earlier on weekends. Starting my run at 11am is too late in the heat.

Looking like an URD just because I'm lazy. Should do some kind of cross-training, but right now just hanging out feels nice, and we're going out for a family dinner out tonight just cuz we can (now  that DH is home from his 2-week business trip). I might go for a very easy bike ride just to move the legs a little, because yesterday's 12 miles is feeling like what 20 did a year ago.

20,000 miles behind me, the world still to see.

Omg, those pancakes look delicious. I'm getting ready to ESU very soon but can't decide what I want.

6 miles broken up by torrential rain and waiting 1/2 hour in Walmart for it to stop. It held off until I was about 1/2 mile from home then came down in buckets again. I was soaked from head to toe when I get home.

This had to be the worst part of it.

My RP finished her first marathon in 4:20, 10 minutes under her goal.    Another Hansons success.

16 miles, mostly rail-trail, with a stop at the LBS because I was hungry and needed an energy bar. Smile

Hi, guys.  8 miles and now a relaxing, fun day.  Nice running I see going on, people!  Some delicious pancakes I see, Dave.  I, too, am about to ESU, in a major way.

I couldn't do that while riding a moped, let alone while running. lol

8 miles easy. Very enjoyable, excellent weather & route; would have liked to have gone longer, but saving it for tomorrow. Did not really earn such an extravagant post-run brekky, but here is the ESU report anyway: pancakes with raspberry compote and lemon curd.

That is some serious pancake porn.

3.5 miles done with a 2:1 run:walk method.   No toe curling, although that foot still feels a little stiff.   I'm just going to keep on taking it slow.

                                Life is good.
