We ran slow the meet was at Berea and there was mud everywhere and people falling. I was at 29:22 and Cheech was 28:54. By the way it was South East Classics.

only one person fell paul. but it was muddy.

Actually a bunch of people fell. I have it on video. rjakasuperman is Roy Jones. Wanker is Stu. Cheech actually ran 28:55 and Paul was 29:24.
