fear the Col Sanders
I know I have seen you mention several trainer workout DVDs through the years. However, my search skills are sucking badly at the moment. I'm interested in a video to motivate me to sit on a spin bike and sweat at the gym. I've seen ads for a few but was hoping for some first hand experience.
Thoughts?
Thanks!

Muchas garcias. You are the best.
That's what they tell me...
The Sufferfest videos are good, I use them in conjunction with TrainerRoad, makes for good indoor experience.
I've never heard of Trainer Road...I'll have to look at those.
I'm now hoping I can find a way to set the phone up on the gym spin bike. I don't have a trainer, yet.
I'm also hoping I won't be annoyed by the small screen on the phone whilst suffering.

I've been pondering a solution to about the same problem and was thinking that I need a gorilla pod but I don't think the solution should cost $40 so I'm still pondering.
Any update on the gorilla pod or other solution? I still haven't found anything that was cheap enough for my needs.

I need to figure out how to MacGuyver it to the bike. Hmm.
