5 to 6 easy miles on the plan today. Also have to cut grass after work today. What does every one else have going on?
Can't think of a good QOTD today. Maybe someone else has a good one.
Rest day for me.
Ran 5.8 miles at an 8:33 pace averaging 127 bpm over the length of the run. Just got finished cutting the grass! Does that count as cross training? I used a push mower.
