Super job, Pace. Shan, I'm feeling your pain here on the east coast. Got up early on Saturday to run and it was like running in a steam room. Got up this morning and rolled over and went back to sleep. Lazy, lazy, Dave. It was 82F with 82% humidity by 9:30 this AM. Think I'll be treadmilling tomorrow at work.

I ran a mile and I liked it, liked it, liked it.

Dave sounds like we ran the same schedule! ugh i'm always waiting for summer until it hits... at least by yesterday afternoon it was dry heat. I'm hoping for the same thing today.
