    We are heading to Arizona for 10 days. Reunion for my 2 best high school friends. You know I love tequila and you know AZ has got loads!. Bring it! Gonna be fun continuing marathon training in the desert, then in the 6000ft elevation when we head for my bud's place in Show Low. Add to it hangovers and I think it is just perfect that my knee feels sore today and a scale back week is called for. We leave tomorrow (Weds) AM...I will get you full reports as they become available Smile

            ugh...missed a lot of running. Din;t miss out on too much drinking though. Back to the grind tomorrow Smile
