    My pop's 75th birthday party last night, a rented restaurant, one price food and drink. I had a glass and a half of pinot grigio. I have a half marathon race tomorrow...as a 'speed workout' for my next marathon...3 weeks away. I have a running problem. did I mention that it was flat rate all you could drink? I have a running problem. 'nuff said.

      Dayum...that took some restraint!

      Getting the wind knocked out of you is the only way to

      remind your lungs how much they like the taste of air.

          Heh, I usually need to drink around my folks, but more for fun. I wish there were more booze around did's family...agh! k
