Run like a kid again!

    I am planning on running the following route this Sunday.  It is 21 miles and the same route that Joe and I ran two weeks ago.  The pace will be between 8 - 8:30.  Please let me know if you are interested.

      I'm out this time for sure.   I'll be in toledo running a HM.

        Good luck with Toledo!  I am sure you will do great.  Here is what I have for the long runs remaining.  What do you guys have:

         

        Week - 10  (21 on course this Sunday.) Hilly parts

        Week - 11 (9.3 Heart Mini and then 12 on Sunday flat)

        Week - 12 (21 on course again.Sunday) Hilly parts

        Week - 13 (21 on course again.Sunday) Hilly parts

        Week - 14 (13.5 on course (Kroger - Mariemont - Farifax - Eastern - up Delta - Kroger)

        Week - 15 (10 flat)

        Week - 16 Race

          2011 Goals:
          Sub 19 5K (19:24 5K July 14th 2010)
          Marathon under 3:05:59 BQ (3:11:10 Indy 2010)

          Here is my last 6 Sunday training runs:

          race week -6: 13.1 Race

          race week -5: 20 miles
          race week -4: 14 miles
          race week -3: 20 miles
          race week -2: 12 miles
          race week -1: 8 miles

          maybe we can meet up to run the course on 4/11

            Yeah maybe the 11th and the 18th. 

             

            I may even kick it back on week 12 (4th) depending on how I feel.  If I can find a half I like might even do that at race pace.  I'm leaving that as sort of a flex date.  It would be a good time to maybe do a cutback week.  I want to work on getting some speed workouts in for the next couple of weeks leading up to the Heart.
