This is the start of week 3 on the Hal Higdon 18 week marathon plan. I'm following the Intermediate 1 plan. This is the first stepback week on the schedule, but it also includes a 5 mile run at race pace.
This should be interesting as I'm not exactly sure if I'm running the half or the full. I guess I'll call it 7:00/mile.
