My house is at 73F but the humidity is 25-35% set by the humidifier in the HVAC, not 70DP and 90% like outside right now.
Not sure how to judge the indoor humidity. Accuweather.com gives me both 'humidity' and 'Indoor humidity" and the indoor humidity is described as 'extremely humid'. My sweat rate also suggests it is extremely humid, even with the advantage of a box fan set up quite close to the TM. I know that A/C tends to decrease the humidity and the drain from the A/C drip trays runs almost constantly, but when there is a significant difference between indoor and outdoor humidity the windows have condensation on the side that is more humid - there have been very few mornings with noticeable condensation on either side.
25 minutes on the TM today - 2.63 miles.
Started running at age 60.
AG 60-64 PR - 5K 25:45, 10K 53:28, HM 1:57:39, Marathon 4:32:09
AG 65-69 PR - 5K 26:11, HM 2:02:39, Marathon 5:04:47
Upcoming race: Four on the 4th 7/4/24 maybe.

Probably because a box fan might not be enough. An industrial fan, which is what I use, should help more. Mine is at Costco...
And yeah, the indoor humidity will depend on your HVAC and if your windows are sealed, etc. In here, due to the cold Winters, they are mostly sealed throughout the corners and every few years/decades, the seal has to be redone. And they are double paned.

I hadn't seen much from Gene Dykes lately so looked up the USATF Masters results from last weekend. He is obviously not on top form at the moment, with his various ailments, but still impressive results.
M75-79 5000m 1st in 22:07.44
M75-79 10000m 1st in 48:11.05
M75-79 2000m Steeplechase 1st in 9:51.11 - margin of victory 0.15 second.
Good to hear Gene Dykes is still posting very strong times despite all the issues!
I ran 10 hilly miles with Jay this morning, it was 64F and the park provides plenty of shade, so it wasn’t too bad

Vitaly - Nice 10.
Damaris - Enjoy the walk.
A lovely day. Even though it's supposed to hit 80º, it's so dry and breezy outside that we'll probably keep the windows open all day. 8¼ miles on the hills today.

Vitaly - nice 10 with Jay this morning.
Damaris - Enjoy the walk and pleasant weather.
Fred - what a difference 12 hours makes. It's beautiful out right now with the low humidity and breeze! Have a good 8.25 in the hills!
I ran an easy 7 with the old guys on the canal path this morning. Then I went to SO practice and ran another 4. That was even easier, until the last .5 miles. One of the faster athletes was taking breaks and walking, which he shouldn't. I told him if I beat him back to the finish he would have to run another lap We ran a 6:30 pace to finish up. He drifted back and forth on the path, so I couldn't pass him Today's 11 put me over 100 miles for the third month in a row.

Morning!
Damaris - nice run yesterday!
Fred - good job on your hilly run!
Mike - that's a solid double, and congrats on keeping your 100+ miles/month streak aive!
Quick - that's super consistent, maybe you need to add some variety to your runs
5M easy for me today, ended July with 172 miles. It's the highest monthly mileage this year, but lower than any July since 2016 (the price I paid for being on vacation earlier this month )
Running streak is up to 43 months / 1,308 days
Morning! I have 5 with 10 x 1 minutes at a hard pace after work.
Fred, nice run.
mjhaston, sounds like a busy running day.
Quick, great job getting to green!
Vitaly, nice 5.
So, I've lost around 21lbs and the race pics show, finally. It's been a 4 year struggle, so pretty happy. Having said that, this was my face post asthma attack and it shows (sucking and struggling for air):
And you see what I meant about bricks on the course? The whole river walk is like this and 90% of the course.
Nice pic Damaris, that's some weight loss!
I'd imagine these tiles/bricks would be really slippery during the rain, at least it was sunny during your race
Damaris - Yeah, I can see where running a whole race on those bricks would be annoying. Great job on the weight loss. If I recall, a med change was involved? (Still, you had to do the work.)
Vitaly - Nice month and good job with the streak.
Quick - You're in a pretty consistent groove right now.
Mike - Good job keeping the 100-mile-month streak going. You'll be counting it years before you know it.
6 miles for me early this morning, taking me to 192 for the month, my highest monthly figure since last September.
2.4 miles tonight. Day 14 of current streak. 91 miles for the month - highest total since last October and 2nd highest since November 2019.
I kind of adapted Damaris's workout. My run was at a base 6.0mph (10:00 pace), with 7 x 1:00 at 7.0 (8:34 pace)
Mine was at 4.5 (base), 6.5 on the 10 X 1 mins.
Fred, yeah, we added one medication.
