what's up guys, started running again last Sept. and thanks to Ryan for putting that stupid bug in my ear I wil start training for Columbus on Father's day weekend.

WOW! That is big news! Good thing I was sitting down when I read it. I am thinking I will run the half in Columbus in Oct. Not sure I can dedicate myself for the full and I want to see how my right heal does when I start running this week. Planning on running Tree Town 5K June 11th, as my first race since the Columbus Marathon.
