First day of the week for your log. (Read 221 times)

    I decided to change the first day from Sunday to Monday. I feel it will get me motivated to run at least one or both days on the weekends. Plus, the training log Ryan is following for the marathon calls for a long run and rest(walk) on the weekend, with a Tues, Wed, Thurs runs. What day do you guys start on and why? I could just go to your calendars.
      I also changed my calendar to start on Monday so that I could see my weekend runs as part of the week. Prior to that I was using Sun - Sat weeks. My training plan for the Cincinnati half suggests taking Mondays off, running Tues - Thurs, Friday off, easy run Sat and then long on Sunday.
