yes, it wasn't fun, and now i'm trying to get back into the groove once again. i figure if can run in this cold weather, it'll be easier to motivate myself once it's warmer out.

Thanks Kip I've Been training hard and it's finally starting to show. Can't wait for the weather to break Running in 4 degree waether really sucks!!!
