    Kip, would you be able to get me into the open race at the and of the month? and if so how much will it cost? and i wanted to know what distance will they be racing. thanks a million. jOey

      I don't believe the one 3 mile race we have is an open. I will check for you.

        Bloomburg has an open/alumni 5k on September 6th @ 12:30. They have applications on there web site bloomu.edu Black eye

                i felt really strong. i ran out and around the airport then ran some back roads, then ended the run on the same down hills that Winter Series (6.5) ends on. Because of the long downhills I was able to push the flat parts once i got into town. i cheated by using the down hills, but i figure the quick leg turnover is what i need the most right now. Yes
