Nice job Mike. Was it fun? How are you feeling...it looks like it would be hard on the body and take a long time to recover from.

Thanks! It was very challengin this year! Very Little Running and alot more walking tis year :{ My shins hurt from all the Down hills trying to Control my self so I dint end up on my face! Overall I guess I am pretty happy with the time! Looking for a Challenge try the Hyner View in April, 16 Miles of pure hell! www.hikerun.com Good Luck @ Steamtown!

I'm running NYC in November. I might do that in the Spring. I'm not planning a spring marathon and might try something new. The problem with spring races on Saturdays is that I usually have practice or a meet every weekend for track. When's your next big race?
