Thanks Guys, I ran 1:33:05 for the first 13.1 miles. My knee started to give me problems about mile 11 and locked up at 19.75miles and the pain was that great that I had to walk 1 mile and slowly picked up to a 10:30 min/ mile jog for the last 5.5miles so I could finish under 4 hrs. My time was 3:54:40. What stinks the most is my 18 mile chip time was 2:13:05 which still had me on pace to quailify for Boston. The Sunday before the race I ran 6 mile fine and went into my parents to get a drink of water and turned wrong and twisted my knee. I plan to rehab and give it another try next year. As for the race it was a great course and a good experience
at least you got your 1st one out of the way. next year will be a breeze..
