My plan has me in the hills for 5 tomorrow.

Thursday is a Time Trial. I am to jog a few miles first then do a mile on the track. I am both excited and nervous. I have never run a timed mile. My goal is to run even quarters and not die but adequately test myself. We'll see. The plan calls for a follow up trial each four weeks to gauge my fitness progress. Truthfully I have no idea what my goal should be for now or successive trials. What should be expected to remain on goal (sub 4 hour)?  I am toying between 90-100 second quarters.

    Just shut up and run.

The weekend is full of family from out of town. Fortunately an easy 4 for Fri and Sat are planned and 10 for Sun. Got it.
